Ground Floor Bedroom

A spacious super king bedroom on the ground floor — light sage walls, comfortable furnishings, and its own bedside lighting. Paired with the ground floor shower room, it works perfectly as a no-stairs suite.

First Floor Bedrooms (×2)
Bedrooms 2 & 3 of 4
Two further super king bedrooms upstairs, served by the first floor bathroom. Each can be configured as a super king or split into twin singles — ideal for contractor colleagues sharing a room.

The Fourth Bedroom
Our fourth bedroom is slightly more compact — a cosy, fixed double. Perfect for a couple, or a solo guest who enjoys extra space.
Fixed Configuration:
- • Double Bed — fixed setup, not convertible to twins
